Taxi Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refund will be provided once the taxi has been dispatched or the journey has started.
Outstation & Tour Bookings
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of package and services booked.
- Any non-refundable expenses such as hotel bookings, permits, or third-party services will be deducted.
- Refund amounts, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- No-show by the customer at the pickup location
- Incorrect pickup or contact details provided by the customer
- Delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, traffic conditions, or government restrictions
- Customer-requested route changes during the trip
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Advance Payments
Any advance payment made for taxi or travel bookings may be adjusted against cancellation charges or service costs. Remaining eligible amounts will be refunded as per this policy.

Elite Way Travels reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
